What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, or company checks.
When am I expected to pay for the container?
We ask customers to pay for the containers at the time of delivery unless a charge account has been set up for you. Rental fees will be billed to you when a pickup date and time is set, these include a daily rental fee for rental periods that extend our 7 day contracts. Some areas have weight limitations that will be relayed to you upon ordering.
What does the price include?
The price of a container includes delivery, pickup, and disposal fees.
How do I set up a charge account and how long does it take?
You can email us at [email protected] and we will forward you an application to fill out and send back to us. The account generally takes 1 to 2 business days to establish, dependent on references.
At what point is the dumpster considered overloaded?
By law we must tarp all of our loads to transport them. Thus, we ask that the container is only filled to the sides, where there is a line marking the maximum load limit. If the container is filled to the point where we are unable to tarp the load or it becomes too heavy for our trucks to lift, we will have to ask for the excess materials to be removed prior to its removal.
Where can roll-off containers be placed?
We are able to place our containers on any level ground provided our truck is given enough maneuvering space to drop the container safely. Placement on the street often require city permits, please check with your local municipality before requesting that one be placed on the street. We can place the containers on wood for you if you provide it, so as to prevent damages to driveways. We will always block up our boxes to provide proper drainage.
What if I fill the container but my project is not completed?
We can bring you a second container in a timely manner and remove the first when you call in and order a dump and return.
How can I load the boxes?
All of our roll-off containers have rear doors that swing open to provide you with a lower loading level. Take care when using heavy machinery such as backhoes or forklifts around the container so as to avoid damages.
Will you provide services over the weekend?
We typically run Monday through Friday with an occasionally scheduled Saturday for festivals or other prescheduled projects.
Do I need to be there when the container is delivered or removed?
We prefer that there is someone on-site when we are delivering or picking up your container, but it is not necessary. As long as we are notified ahead of time of where you would like the container placed and receive your payment, we will set the box for where you specify. Be sure to provide unobstructed access to the container when calling in a pickup.
